I hear a voice.... a gentle motherly whisper...
'I love you' she says...

I see you everyday walking on loose sand...
Trying to get your steadiness right...
I love to see the look in your eyes when you admire me...
I enjoy your thoughts when you silently talk to me...
I love when you suddenly stop in your tracks to capture my mood...
You know me so well.... dear one....

I love when you appreciate all that I produce in my womb...
You pick them and place it on your palm...
You play with the little ones when they dig into the wet sand...
I love to see you playing with my waves...
And how you jump over them... your silliness makes me laugh...

Your breathe in the salty air and listen to the soothing waves...
All by yourself....
With no care in the world...
You just love me without any prejudice...
You respect me...

Yes! I do have my moods and you notice it...
Everyday you notice how the landscape of the shore changes...
You ask me 'Mother Nature is everything ok with you'?...
You send me love...
I appreciate it...

But than at times you wonder...

And no one will know me...
How wrong you are?!...

You Are Not Meant For Everyone And It's 'OK'!

Our world is filled with different people, some of them hate you to the core, some of them love your fiercely, some will get joy looking at your weakness. But all people are meant for you or to be in your life, don't waste time trying hard to convince about your value in their life, don't sell yourself short. Keep them aside, don't get into unwanted conflict, it will take forever to heal both ends. You have the right to choose either live life easy or complicate it. Find your soul tribe, talk to people who will hear you out, meet people who will share your sacred path, keep people in your life who will help you face your own truth, love people who are meant for you, celebrate along with them when everything feels right, be there even when its too ugly to handle, applaud their thoughts/emotions when it syncs with yours, when you are among your tribe, it feels like a gift! So, its OK when you are not meant for everyone!

Conversation with the mind....

Me: A fixed question on my mind!

Mind: I'm listening.

Me: What do I need to undersrtand on the meaning of purpose?

Mind: Very simple! It' a reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists within you.

Me: You mean, something that one is passionate about?

Mind: You got it right! What we are truly passionate about, equals to the purpose we keep talking about.

Me: Hmmm, interesting!

Mind: Hmmm, wasn't it easy to understand, my dear one?

Me: Yeah! Smiled with a wink

Blooming of a Lotus...!

Deep dark murky water....

Vastness of nothingness looming around….

A feeling of caught in an eerie maze....

Like a tight bud, holding onto faith....

Building on strength that can be gathered....

Counting on each breath to be strong....

Can see something lurking towards me....

The touch of creeper makes me wary….

Sensing it will bind me down soon….

A voice says: Now is the time!

With mighty power, I fight myself out....

Hanging on to the last breath....

I reach to the surface....

Inhaling earthly air, I open my eyes

Looking at the sky, widen my hands in gratitude....

Yes! I reached out from dark to bloom, said the ‘Lotus’

Deep Ocean..!

Sound of the deep ocean....

Waves playfully crashing on the shore....

Whiff of salt lingering in the air....

Sea gulls singing their song....

Walking on the wet sand....

Looking at the endless shore....

No one to be seen....

Am I going to find a friend here?!

Turning around, seeing my foot prints....

I know my own soul friend...

Is already walking behind me...

The Grey Sky..!

Heavy grey clouds…

Like our dark thoughts…

Lingers on for a while…

Time ticks by…

And they fade out…

Feeling eased…

The mind exhales a peaceful sigh....

Yes! At times, we feel stuck. Feeling directionless and demotivated! It's fine to step back for a while and re-evaluate our life plans, maybe there are new changes to done, etc. Hmmm, but it's ok if someone we know is heading faster towards their goals, because we were not a part of it. If everyone’s journey would have been the same, the road would have huge potholes on it. As our life cycle keeps changing, our perception to explore and discover life gets quieter and deeper, finally understanding – our life is about us! It begins and ends what you make of it!!

Nothing is permanent in our life!

Sorrows...worries...insecurities...hatred...jealousy these emotions are fleeting ones. One moment you feel them deep and next moment you won't remember them. Just like raindrops drops on the grass, one by one will roll into the earth, absorbing all of it without any trace, taking the weight off the grass for a while till it rains again on it. But, the hardness of the rain shower doesn't destroy the grass, because the deep roots act as a base foundation which keeps it strong, different seasons will pass over it, yet it will still survive. So, yes, nothing is permanent!

Human Mind!! No Good!!

Why do we get stuck with 'its too late' thought emotion? Do we relate it to age or the mind gives too much negative strenght to the thought that we tend to put a full stop simply because we refuse to think more on it to give a try? Ain't it like sweeping under a carpet,trying hard to forget? Why can't we defy our mind and prove it we're the one who are in control of our own thoughts and not vice versa?! Human mind!! Damn!! No good!! 

What Is Love?

Let's admit: We all want love in our life. We want to be loved. But it makes us realise along with love in our mind, comes in our own set of fears, insecurities, expectations and with these negative emotions revolving around us, we mess it up, fail to understand, to enjoy the simple form of love.....

Let's admit: We keep hearing about unconditional love. Do we know what it means? It simply means loving without any expectations, full stop!! But have we ever given love a chance, to understand the term 'unconditional'? Why don't we allow the ego mind to rest, so we give ourselves completely into? Yes, we can, 'only' if we start taking tiny steps to love our self in a unconditional way, firstly and foremost everything begins within us - our inner self......If we agree!!

So the question here still remains! What is love?! Wouldn't it be good to feel and express the emotion without any barriers? Of course, it can, because love is purely universal and no one owns it!!

Celebration In Itself!

Celebrating doesn't necessarily mean enjoying a particular day or event in our life! If we want, each day can be a celebration.... But the moment we wake up, the thought of tomorrow rises in our mind hurrying away not even kowing what today can be.... Let us learn to go easy on ourselves...Let us be in the now...Let us understand each day what it mean...Let us give our face a chance to relax and ease off the tension lines..... Let us celebrate each second, minute and hour, till we call it a day...Don't not let time rule our day...Let us learn what it means to live and let live, that should be our motto every single day! Cheers to our lives!!

Meherabad - A Peaceful Heavenly Abode Of Meher Baba!

Who is Meher baba? Yes! That is the exact questionable expression one will hear when the name is said. Well...the same question mark was hanging over my head and absolutely had zero knowledge about Baba. My answer to the question is, in all my living years I didn’t hear the name until few weeks ago, when I started reading the books written by Mrs. Nan Umrigar , which were suggested by my friend Ms. Mitali Banerjee. Reading the books, I got to know Him and after knowing Baba I just couldn’t wait to visit His abode, later soon after when I got the opportunity to visit Meherabad, I grabbed with my both hands without even giving it much thought to it. I would say it was truly a privilege for me because the day of my visit coincided on the day of Dhuni. What more can I ask for from Meher Baba. I can confidently say that after my visit Meher Baba and I’ve become friends now in our own way. But even before I and Meher Baba could shake hand as friends, there is bit of a story to it, a story where my friend Mitali was also involved in it too, should say it was very well synchronized where Baba had a big role to play in it. We both have come to realize how funny Baba can be in His own best way! :)

I got to know about Meher Baba and how his amazing spiritual journey began in the books and of course later through my research on the internet, I wanted to know more about Baba in whatever possible way I could lay my hands on to dig for more information. The more I read, the more I wanted to visit Meherabad, and knowing it was proximity close to the city I lived in, the distance was some few hundred kilo meters, So I just couldn't wait for the day to come for the eager visit to the place. Through Mrs. Umrigar, I soon connected the other Baba lovers and planned my visit.  It was a memorable road trip where I heard lots of Baba’s wondrous ways as how Baba touches everyone who come to His abode......All they take back home is the eternal blessing from His heaven.

Meherabad - A little abode which Meher Baba created with His own hands, a place which solely belongs to Him, and a place where nature welcomes you and the wind with its warmth gently caresses your face. Meher Baba has spread His aura around every inch, every nook and corner of the place, you feel it instantly and know it well His presence is very much intact in His abode, a perfect place chosen by  Baba to have His tomb and also of His dedicated followers who immensely served and loved Baba till their end . Meherabad is a place which is truly respected and taken care off in minutest detail, a place no one can take it for granted but bow down to it with gratitude in one's heart and soul. A place so simple with no fancy and frills to it, where one can just be there and enjoy the sound of silence in the purest version of it, living in the highly modern world with deafening sound around us, this silence is like a blessing, a soulful music to the ears, it uplifts the soul, the purity of the place fills up within, face lifts up and lips break into a smile. And seeing all the smiling faces around within an instant you know they feel the same too, that Meher Baba is very much around us. This little abode is a magnetic place; it pulls you to its roots to make you feel one with it. This is a place where going once is just not enough!!! All I will say is to this is - Welcome to a little heavenly place called 'Meherabad'!

Discovering Your True Self....!

We have heard the saying 'Discovering your true self' is life's biggest adventure ever! Yes! Agree, there is no denial here! It is indeed an adventure! Would say, an adventure filled with unsolved mysteries, if some are solved sooner, then good, if not keep solving them, sometimes mysteries in life has no endings. Throughout our life journey we try and try to open each lock holding the destiny's key in our hands. Yes again! Frustration sets in...Peace of mind goes for a toss...Anxiety slowly starts creeping in us, finding its strength hold in every cell of our body. One day, realization dawns on us, we feel our every emotion have started pouring all over the place, it’s going out of control, suddenly there is a loud voice inside our mind, and we hear a scream that says enough!! The mind has woken up....We pause!!!!

Thinking....Contemplating....And eagerly waiting for an answer in other words a solution to everything our mind is seeking for. The mind begins to juggle with its own questions and answers, is it worth putting in every emotion into solving the mysteries life throws at us or take a back seat, relax a little, see our choices and go with the flow.... A flow like the river does, flowing and moulding itself, facing bravely each curve or rock that it has to pass through. Why, don't we be like the river, gravely facing each curve and rock, and yet keep flowing even if we reach into the ocean struggling to keep our head held high as not to submerge into the deepness of it, hoping and knowing that our destiny has already kept the key where it belongs and waiting for us to reach to grab it....Once we hold the key in our hands, and with a smile we turn around looking our shoulder to take a backward glance and see how far we have come here.......Facing all the hitches and glitches we stumbled upon in our entire life makes the  adventure worthwhile proudly knowing that along the way we also have discovered our true selves and true self is what makes us!! Do we agree?

  

The Choice Is Always Ours....!

The connection between the mind and mouth is amazing, what is thought by the mind, the mouth does the talking, so sometimes it's fine to let both of them to rest for a day...If given a chance to do, we instantly will notice how the mind starts putting itself into action right away, oozing out the negativeness that is accumulated inside us...sure it will definitely feel like a bursting of volcano with black lava pouring down from all sides, but instead of running away from the lava, we need to realize why we turn ourselves into a volcano, and keep suppressing everything till it’s time to erupt?! Why are we being hard on ourselves? Or maybe we have our own perception as how life is meant to be lived! Or live it like a volcano, erupting till the end! Or sing, love, meditate or just laugh it out, the choice is always ours! Amen!

Change Ahead....! New Exit..!!

I want a change in my life...a change in all areas of my life....a change that will set my life apart from the one i'm living...a change in professionl life...a change the way i live my life....a change that will show me how to live a different life...a change that will make me feel in love with.......a change that will be so contagious that all i ever want in life is allow change...change...and change to come in!!! I love changes....!

All we do is struggle so much in life and fight destiny to put ourself in the direction we want to head not knowing that our path has a different plan for us because it was already planned even before we knew about it. That means the 'change' slowly allows itself to come into our lives to show us that the our path needs to be changed simply because it is not the one we choose....The change doesn't mean one has to be super famous to show the world that this is the only way to achieve our goals in life. 

The society has instilled in our subconscious that being famous is the only way needed to prove to the world that we have attained success in life and not otherwise, and that what makes us feel that we have achieved our goals here on this planet. But is this all that there is too our life..?? What if we do not become famous in the eyes of the society to show that we are successful in our path but yet feel satisfied doing what brings in us the inner peaceful achieved feeling. It might even be a lesser known job profile too...

Yes! The world has too many infinite high profile famous people some of them who do not bring change in any form but are there just for their sake of it and sure the world doesn't want more of them, what our world need is good sensible humanitarian people who are willing to bring in a least change to this world in their own way and pass it on to others to do the same or do something exclusively different for betterment. We can't be doing all for ourself but also set in a good path for the next coming generation to see and experience it...

Change is so constant and contagious too just by keeping the doors open in our life, wonderness of wonders finds us all we have to do is ready ourself for it..!

Letter To Universe...

Dear Universe,

First of all let me show my gratitude to you for everything that you have always blessed me with unconditionally from your side and which I so many times have failed to notice it.

It does make me realize, that you have given me so much without me understanding I have what is needed at this very moment but like every other human being, all I did was complain and get angry at you cause I felt let down and sad thinking that what I used to ask for I never received maybe I was asking for the wrong wishes, in fact I have done this numerous times but you have been a great friend, always giving me signs that you are there for me in your way, now I have come to understand you J

Lately I have started appreciating you more knowing how wonderfully awesome you are, and I see you have a big followers who equally praise and worship you. I know you hear me all the time talking to you ,you have become my trust worthy friend who doesn't judge me at all, you know your ways and the right time as when to surprise me with your wonders, that is how you are! We all know it by now!! J

I know you have your wonderful plans planned for me and I am excited to receive them all and see it happening and put into action....You want to see everyone around happy, isn't it?

The Climb In Our Life.....!!

Our dreams....Our desires....Our wishes...Our destination...Our choices...Our life..!!!

To achieve this we have to pass through so many hurdles like climbing and crossing over multiple mountains and keep moving each of it in the form of challenges, struggles, sweat and reach our destination that we so desire.....

But at times, are we strong enough to keep climbing and moving the mountains? What if we just give up getting tired to climb further on the mountain? We may not know!!! In between we lose the direction we plan to take by listening to the little voice in our mind that says " You'll never reach there"...But we have to keep trying, keep pushing ourselves to face and jump over each hurdle that comes in our way just like the sportsman who runs on the track jumping over every hurdle and with all his will power and strength and reaches the final line to win it (that final line could be our own destined plan we chalk out for us).

All we have to do is be so strong for ourselves and have faith cause there are always going to be mountains and mountains to climb and reach the other side that waits us...It is not about how fast we are going to reach there, it is how strong our beliefs are that no matter how hard or long it is going to take it shouldn't let us break...The struggles that we might face and the chance that we take shouldn't bring us down to lose the faith to move the mountains which are always going to be there in front of us, there is no denying to it...There might be moments that we think our own struggles we might lose strength in our limbs, but no, we can't let it happen, because we all come a long way pushing, climbing, striving to reach the desired finish line...!! 

Then, comes the day in our life when we become nostalgic and turn back just to take a glimpse to what we faced and proved to ourselves and proudly smile thinking the mountains didn't break us but made us as what we are supposed to be and gain from it...! But yet, it doesn't end here simply because there are always going to be other different mountains everywhere around us...Let's keep climbing each one of it till we breathe...!!

The climb is all about climbing and taking each mountains as it comes in life...!!
